I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I’m passionate about bringing my wealth of knowledge and experience to help you learn how to process, communicate more clearly, and build the relationships and life you so desire.
In couples therapy, we’ll compassionately assess the damage your relationship has endured, we’ll work to repair trust and rebuild the connection between you and your partner, as well as learn and develop actionable skills to deepen and sustain your relationship so that you may have a fulfilling and happy partnership long-term. I frequently work with couples through healing from affairs and betrayals, working through communication difficulties, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection.

From there we’ll externally process your unique struggles and develop a plan that feels right for you to help foster long-term contentment, happiness, personal fulfillment. I work often with individuals exploring their family of origin, negative self-messaging, relationship issues, and depression.
