If you’re looking to sort your life, I’m here to help. I can help empower you to create the life you want. When working with individuals, I provide a space to explore who you are and who you want to become. When working with couples, I enjoy helping people find communication tools that allow each partner to feel heard and understood.

Currently, I am a clinical intern at CU Denver working towards my master’s degree in counseling. I do not shy away from taboo topics of sex, identity exploration, trauma, and grief. I am a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and will pursue certification after graduation. Additionally, I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory.

In my free time, I can usually be found devouring a new book or show, baking, or tackling a new hobby. I value authenticity and encourage my clients to embrace every aspect of themselves. If I sound like someone you would want to work with, let’s set up a time to chat!
