As a therapist, I specialize in ethical nonmonogamy and polyamorous relationships. Whether you are curious about opening your relationship or have already opened your relationship(s), I can help strengthen the bonds between you. I believe both monogamy or open relationships are valid choices and I’m here to help you find what’s right for you and your partner(s).

The guiding lights of my work as a therapist are communication and connection. I help people find their way back to each other. Relationships, communication, and connection with others is the lifeblood of humanity. And happiness. With trust and empathy, I help people communicate their needs in new and effective ways, paving the way to a more solid and trusting relationship. I also work with individuals to help them find or renew connection with themselves and their values.

I hold a master’s degree in Communication and have nearly completed my Master’s degree in couple and family therapy. My master’s thesis is a qualitative study of a polycule and it has been both fun and rewarding research for the last 2 years. My fees are $60 per session. Inner Compass Counseling does not take insurance (sorry, I know….). We are happy to provide documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
