Where: Online or in-person. This group will be held using the setting the majority of the group prefers.

Hold Me Tight Workshop
A Relationship Workshop to Build a Stronger Connection
This workshop is based on evidence-based research and is internationally recognized as effective for helping couples change their relationship ‘dance.’ This workshop can help you build and enhance a secure and loving bond with your partner.
