How much does it cost?

Our practice has price points that serve every budget. View our current rates here and please contact us with any questions!

What can I expect in the first session?
In the first session with a couple, we are often putting on our “detective” hat, trying to understand what brought you to therapy and what your goals are for therapy. With individuals, we are also talking with you about what your goals are as well as getting to know you as a person.
Do you take insurance?
We are considered an “out-of-network mental health provider” and can provide you with an invoice for your sessions, which you can submit to your insurance if they pay any amount towards an out-of-service provider. We do not take insurance and require payment at the time of service.

How soon can I be seen?
We have therapists available most days of the week from morning until evening. We usually can get you started with a therapist within a few days of your inquiry.
Can I be seen in-person or online?
We have both in-person and online appointments available. We have daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
